| | "I found Jae Kim by accident when I called about a property he was listing. It was under contract already, but I liked his manner. He never once was pushy or reluctant to show me yet another property. As a contrast, I stopped by an open house one day and talked to an agent from another company. I immediately disliked her and her pushy ways. She reminded me of a used car salesman.
Without Jae's professionalism and hard work, my home buying experience would have been very different. In fact, the seller said Jae did more for the sale than his own agent.
One thing I appreciated most is how Jae handled so many things in the background which allowed me to focus on my job (which was going through some stressful events at the time.)

Thank you for everything. We enjoyed working with you and are thankful for the quick sale. Our only issue was with this being our first time selling, we didn't always know what to expect in the process after the accepted offer and only at the completion of the sale did we realize that no news is good news. It all went very smoothly, and aside from the emotions involved, it was easier than we anticipated.
